Bespoke drone design

The aircraft is built around the payload and the mission.

We design the aerodynamic, structural and propulsion configuration of multirotors, VTOL and fixed-wing aircraft starting from the real mission requirements, rather than adapting an off-the-shelf platform.

Flight software & firmware development

From the PX4 stack to dedicated control logic.

We customise the PX4 ecosystem and develop tailored modules, control logic and fail-safe behaviours, with Software-in-the-Loop simulation backing every change.

Payload & edge computing integration

Onboard data processing, in real time.

We integrate companion computers (NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi) for computer vision, tracking, vision-aided navigation and low-latency streaming, with precise sensor synchronisation and georeferencing.

Ground station & training

The control interface, and the skills to run it independently.

We customise ground stations based on QGroundControl or web interfaces for planning, telemetry and video streaming, and support the client's staff until they are operationally independent.

Integration & upgrade of existing platforms

New capabilities and open standards on an aircraft you already own.

We replace or integrate autopilot, payload and communication links on existing drones: migration to a PX4 stack, new sensors, updated connectivity and safety devices to operate in the Specific category.

  • Migration from closed systems to PX4 / ROS 2, with full data access
  • Integration of new-generation optical, thermal or LiDAR sensors

Testing & compliance support

Bench tests, instrumented flight campaigns and operational documentation.

We set up and run the bench and flight tests, analyse the data and support the preparation of the documentation required for Specific-category operations (SORA / STS).

Mission profile, payload to carry, endurance and altitude, operating environment, preliminary risk assessment and regulatory constraints.

Design & simulation

3D modelling, sizing and Software-in-the-Loop simulation of the navigation stack and safety logic.

Prototyping & integration

Airframe build, avionics assembly, dedicated wiring and configuration of the payload software.

Testing & handover

Bench tests, instrumented field testing, technical documentation and staff support.

Ongoing development

The platform isn’t frozen at delivery: you can contract the development of new features, integrations and improvements while you operate it in the field, with every update verified in simulation before release.
